Privacy policy

How Osprey Exterior protects your information

This notice outlines what data we collect, how we use it to deliver Rainwise-ready services, and the rights available to visitors under GDPR, CCPA, and Washington state law.

Data we collect

When you complete a form, we collect your name, address, phone, email, project details, preferred service type, and optional city information. Hidden form fields capture UTM parameters, traffic source, and approximate geolocation for lead routing. Cookies and analytics scripts record device, browser, and on-page events such as lead_home or hero_cta_click.

Why we process data

We use personal data to respond to inquiries, confirm Rainwise eligibility, schedule inspections, and generate proposals. Aggregated analytics help improve page load times, conversion funnels, and content relevance for Seattle-area homeowners.

Storage locations

Lead records are stored in Supabase (United States). Hosting and static asset delivery are managed through Vercel. Transactional notifications such as appointment confirmations may be sent via Resend. Each provider maintains SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.

Retention period

Unless you request deletion sooner, Osprey Exterior retains project records and analytics logs for 24 months to support warranty service, rebate audits, and municipal compliance reviews.

Third parties & sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share necessary details with partner installers, Seattle Public Utilities for Rainwise paperwork, or municipal inspectors strictly to complete your project. Each recipient agrees to uphold confidentiality obligations.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of your personal data at any time. CCPA and GDPR users may also opt out of remarketing cookies. Submit requests to inquiries@ospreyexterior.com and we will respond within 7 business days.
